PAYMENT METHOD

You can make payment by PayPal. Contact us by sending an email to appletreeart@rocketmail.com and state items you wish to purchase. We will send a purchase invoice via PayPal with shipping charges (you must give the email address linked to your PayPal account in order for us to issue the PayPal invoice).

Once you receive the invoice, please make payment (don't forget to send your shipping address too) and items will be shipped within 3 working days (Sat & Sun not included). Items are shipped by Registered International Airmail with Tracking Number.

When item(s) has been shipped, you will be notified by email. Thank you.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with the product(s) received, or if there is a problem with the product, send an email to us and let us know so we may rectify the situation.

Once the problem has been identified, we will rectify any problem that may arise. Item may be returned or exchanged subject to availability or a refund may be issued to you but correspondence must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Refunds issued will be for the full price of the item not inclusive of initial 'shipping & handling' (S&H) charges. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
